Type: RUNAWAY BAY HEART HOTEL, located in Runaway Bay, St.Ann is a full service hotel operated by the HEART Trust/NTA, Jamaica's National Training Agency. The hotel started operations in 1986, with its major objective being that of providing a training environment which was consistent with the industry's best practices.
The operations started with twenty rooms and a small conference room (159 sq ft) as the core Facility. In June 2000 the addition of thirty-six rooms, a 2,400 sq ft. conference room and a gymnasium was completed.
At RBH, special emphasis is placed on the service quality provided by the human element in the quality chain, resulting in high level of customer satisfaction. Our excellent facilities, services and affordable rates add meaning to the word value. As an organization we are environmentally aware and do have an environmental management system in place.
